Internet Orders
The dollar figure shown in the shopping cart are in American dollars (USD). For all customers, a copy of your order is emailed to you right after you have placed your order. After we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a second email indicating the confirmation of the order along with the tracking number (if applicable). All orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. International Orders: For customers outside of Canada or United States, shipping costs will be determined once you place the online order. We will review your order and one of our customer service representatives will contact you via email or telephone to gather any additional information that is necessary for us to ship the product to your country. After this process, we will be able to provide you with the shipping charges and also request for your confirmation of the order. International orders can be shipped by air or land.

How do I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
When do you charge my credit card? Allegro Gift utilize address verification services to verify your credit card billing information. If the bank requires more information, we will send you an email message to you or contact you by phone. Your card will be charged when your order has been approved and sent to the warehouse. This will usually take between 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Orders will only be processed during business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.
