The dollar figure shown in the shopping cart are in Canadian dollars (CDN). For all customers, a copy of your order is emailed to you right after you have placed your order. After we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a second email indicating the confirmation of the order along with the tracking number (if applicable). All orders are processed only on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.

International Orders:
For customers outside of Canada or United States, shipping costs will be determined once you place the online order. We will review your order and one of our customer service representatives will contact you via email or telephone to gather any additional information that is necessary for us to ship the product to your country. After this process, we will be able to provide you with the shipping charges and also request for your confirmation of the order. International orders can be shipped by air or land.

I placed an order but did not receive any email from Allegro Gift?
After placing an order at Allegro Gift, you should automatically receive a copy of your order. You will also receive another email confirming your order (Usually 1-2 business days after you have placed your order). If did not receive neither emails, please contact us at info@allegrogift.com to confirm that we have the correct email address.

How long will it take to receive my confirmation email?
Allegro Gift will email you the confirmation email after the order has been processed and shipped. This will usually take 1 - 2 business days. The confirmation email will include the product you purchased and the tracking number if applicable to your order.

What are my payment method choices?
Allegro Gift currently accepts Visa and MasterCard.

How do I make changes to my order after I have placed it?
At Allegro Gift, we strive to process your order as soon as we receive your order. If you decide to make any changes to your order, please email to info@allegrogift.com immediately with the desired changes and we will try to make every attempt to satisfy your order. However, Allegro Gift is unable to guarantee the changes to your order.

When do you charge my credit card?
When you place your order over our website, we will need to obtain an authorization for the total order amount. This authorization process will verify the credit card number is valid and the specified amount will be put in reserve but not charged.

Allegro Gift utilize address verification services to verify your credit card billing information. If the bank requires more information, we will send you an email message to you or contact you by phone.

Your card will be charged when your order has been approved and sent to the warehouse. This will usually take between 24-48 hours after your order is placed. Orders will only be processed during business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays.

Taxes
We collect tax for all Canadian orders (HST or GST).
No sales tax is collected on shipments of merchandise purchased by customers out of Canada.
