| Our return policy & warranty Allegro Gift is dedicated in providing you with the highest quality product. Our product has a one year warranty. If an item fails to perform its function, it can be returned for credit or replacement within one year of date of purchase. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to our us within 14 days after delivery. Please note that the warranty does not cover breakage, transit damage, mis-handling or usage of the purchaser. The warranty also does not include air bubble inside waterglobes (air bubble can be created during shipments due to extreme weather). We can only refund shipping charges if the return is a result of our error. Please contact Allegro Gift for our return procedure.
