Our return policy & warranty
Allegro Gift is dedicated in providing you with the highest quality product. Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example, missing items in your order) must be submitted to us within 14 days after delivery. There's no return for any product after 14 days. Please note that the warranty does not cover breakage, transit damage, mis-handling or usage of the purchaser. The warranty also does not include air bubble inside waterglobes (air bubble can be created during shipments due to extreme weather).

We can only refund shipping charges only if the shipment is a result of our error. The customer is responsible for any shipping or customs charges. Please contact Allegro Gift for our return procedure.
